If the people inside elevator not speaking English what happen
Excellent presentation and really helpful. I am quite surprised by the fact that, they haven't included this as a standard offering to all passenger elevators. We are in era where the importance of inclusion cannot be stressed enough and very strange that the main elevator standard 81-20 does not include this as a mandatory requirement for passenger elevator.

I have a Rath 2100-910RD. cant find instructions on the website. where can i find the instructions? I tried programming by turning OFF dip switch 2, then dialling the number and then turning on switch 2. it works for a few minutes, but after that, if i try in 20 minutes or so, it doesnt dial anymore. is the unit bad? or does it need programming? Thanks
